Finlay Motor Group Excel in Ford's Mystery Shop


Mystery shopping is a tool used by many companies either internally or externally to get a real measurement of how a company is performing. Mystery shopping can measure a number of aspects of a business but the most popular measurements are quality of service, compliance with regulation or to gather specific information about products or services. 

This marketing tool is known to be the best method of getting a true insight into a company as how the customer experiences.

Mystery Shoppers can monitor store standards, apply scores to the shop interior and exterior, assess hygiene and cleanliness, check that promotions are being highlighted and monitor customer service standards, staff presentation and performance. 

Ford carry out an extensive mystery shopping program on all their dealers to make sure they are up to the high standard set out by Ford.

This week was our turn in Finlay Motor Group to be tested on our overall performance as a dealer and on customer service. Every staff member here in Finlay’s was delighted when we got the excellent news that we had got 100% in our Ford mystery shop.
